I have got an offer from IBM ISL for 20 LPA fixed, my current ctc is 18.5 LPA.

I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now. How to ask for more hike ??

Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice
