Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

103133 will be monthly inhand salary, tax will be extra deduction on this. If this is Barclays offer there should be annual bonus as well? Is it not mentioned in offer letter??

Annual bonus is not part of ur CTC here.
It happens based on companies performance. But it's usually 10-14% of ur CTC but may vary.
Flexi is basically a component of ur sal which can be made tax free by showing proofs such as petrol allowance, LTA, telephone bills, etc. It's just a way to save ur tax.
The in-hand salary will be around 1lac considering u have done investment in 80C

FBP is something that you will get. But you ca customise it according to your needs. You can either reimburse it as travel, food etc or keep it cash but then it will be taxable.

It is usually the same for all. Worry not you will get bonus. This is how Barclays works. Even in my offer letter bonus was not mentioned but we get them for permanent folks for sure.
Apart from bonus, you will also be getting transportation (to and back to home), year end gifts (usually amazon coupons), team wise party funds etc.
Barclays also gives either 15 days stay at 5 star or a reallocation bonus. But this totally depends your role, city and hiring process.
FBP includes LTA, Sodexo, Telephone/Broadband Reimbursement, etc. Don't worry, you'll get it all.
You can opt this component as a tax free reimbursement benefit or choose to get it as part of monthly salary, whatever works for you!
