Am i Asking too much?
i had Citiustech Healthcare Technologies 5.5lpa with joining in march and lwd on april also i am having 6.75 from Mindtree Kolkata and 7.5 from Amdocs Pune. So i politely rejected Citiustech. However they said we will revise joining in April and tell your expectations. I said around 8.5-9 considering the Bangalore Location. So they said okay let's see how much We can give... Did i ask for too much? and any idea upto how much they can go

I am extremely excited to join XYZ, which is why I accepted the offered position immediately.
However, after doing a little research, I got to know that the market value for someone having the same skill set and experience is around 25-30% higher than what I was offered X LPA fixed. Although XYZ is my first choice, I’ve received another job offer with a higher base salary of Y LPA fixed.
Undoubtedly, XYZ would be a great long-term home for me, but before I begin, I want to be financially convinced too.
I’m confident that I can bring a lot of value as a motivated professional to achieve the higher goal as a Team and as an individual.
I am thankful for all your efforts in communication and hope you would make the current offer in line with the market to make it work.

Based on your previous CTC and 4 yrs of experience you can ask around 100% ...
and yes ideally they should give TA at 4 yrs of work ex not SSE.. you can ask for that too..
Better an SSE then TA. When you are a TA variable pay comes into picture. Sse has total pay fixed. Also, better to get promoted to TA then ask for it now, it will add to your package.
I remember I tried hard. But I feel infy usually do not revise the offer. Although not sure now
