I recently joined in citustech 15 days before still in talent pool I didn't find any project I don't know the structure also some how I heard layoff in CitiusTech suppose we didn't get project in one month ,they will layoff correct is it true ?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!

Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management). I came across multiple posts in which the pay is very much less compared to the industry standard ( on seeing their YOE)

But digging a bit deeper, we could see the lack of skill sets, not up to the market trend with latest technologies. Basically not updating ourselves with new stuffs happening around.

Your YOE nowadays doesn't matter much but skills matters. Keep upgrading your skills if you want to stick to the market trends and enjoy the boom.
