I have a few questions:
1. What are the chances of getting promoted to Grade 7A in the near future? Is there a minimum tenure required to be eligible for promotion?

2. Are there opportunities for an internal transfer from GBS to ISL?

My onboarding in progress in CTS. I have registered with NSR(National Skills Registry) and provided the IT PIN to my recruiter. Do I need to raise a request for EBC(Empanelled Background Checkers) verification at NSR?

Currently 601 in CCB with 19LPA TC, expecting promotion this year. What amount of total compensation I can expect for 602 level?

Does getting snapshot at partially next level in 4 perimeter and next level in 1 perimeter will be enough to get promotion? I have received similar kind of 5 snapshot. ( some cases next grade in 2 perimeter)

I’m looking for a new job!! It has been impossible to build a good relationship with my manager, he isn’t transparent with me and never provides any constructive feedback so I have no idea how I’m performing. I recently asked for a raise since I completed all my assigned projects for this year plus a few that I took on due to resignations and was denied with no reason. Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right? Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
