How do I keep my team engaged when I am also struggling to stay motivated?

I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I went from agency to in house PR 1.5 years ago (I’m at a prof services firm in nyc). There are no boundaries for communication; everyone is expected to answer emails immediately at all hours and senior people respond in minutes between about 7am-11pm, at minimum. Is this normal in the corporate, non agency world? Not sure if this is just due to the pandemic and WFH, but I was under the impression that in house life would be more chill.

Do you feel KPMG is putting people at risk encouraging to go back to the office? It’s not mandatory yet but I can see leadership promoting/expecting and those following would eventually fall in their good books. How hard is it to understand that pandemic is not over by any means?
