It's given in my offer letter Monthly Allowances is that "Holiday Allowance is payable maximum upto 50k spread over 12 months." I am unable to understand this, is this some amount apart from my CTC as it is not mentioned in my offer breakup or it will be given in small amount over 12 months.

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them.
