But, the work I do can’t really be done from the couch as there is too much paperwork involved that I prefer to physically spread out. I am a true solo. So, I am my only accountability. Has anyone here had a difficult recovery post-egg retrieval? It’s been 3 days and I’m still in a lot of pain. The medical team said I should expect to be uncomfortable for 5-7 days or more due to the high number of eggs retrieved (=very swollen ovaries) and it will take 2 weeks to get back to normal.

Got the second moderna shot yesterday around 5pm est. All day, my body is in such pain, I am crying as I can’t get comfortable, and i have a fever. Took Tylenol but only helps moderately. Feels like the flu with the body pains. Grateful to get it but this feels awful rn. 37 female 🐠
