Hi guys, my formal offer letter does not have joining date on it. HR verbally agreed for August 5th. I have submitted all documents for bgc. My LWD is on July 19. I have other offers where DOJ is by July last week. I look forward to joining Sanofi. When do I get official DOJ at Sanofi. Also will they revoke offer? Is there any chance ? I heard they are hiring a lot of new people so I am kind of worried on that part.

I just recently worked 58.6 hours in a week, weekly pay, nice OT profit right? Depends on where you live.

In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.

If the company makes less than $1 million per year or does not engage in intercontinental sales, the company is not required to pay the overtime rate of time and a half, just your base rate.

Just finishing my first week in as an audit intern and genuinely I have no idea what I'm doing or even a general idea of the audit process. The senior associate left the engagement last week so it's just me and an associate, and they don't have time to give me instruction.
