Keep trying, I ve same yoe, I managed to move from a CTC of 21 to 35 lpa.. Everything is possible :)
While the standard approach is to try for more, given your experience level and offered CTC, 30% is actually considered pretty good in this market. Most companies are not even providing this much plus it's not easy to get interviews.
So try hard and give your best!
Don't leave optum for such a small hike
But if you start serving notice now .. since it's 3 months .. you'll get better offers anyway

It is very less hike. Optum pays minimum 60 percent hike or make it at least p25. You shouldn’t leave Optum for just this much money.
