I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Retention is a long process and will be initiated only if you are a critical resource. So it's a risk you should consider taking. Just for 35-40% hike that too at TCS is not worth. Your basic salary will come down in TCS, try to take other offers and use TCS as counter else stay back in CTS
Leaving CTS to join TCS! I would say talk to a few people who understand both organisations. I would think twice considering current scenarios. Have a clear mindset before you jump.
CTS still considers some hikes atleast, I don’t think TCS will offer anything beyond your offer for the next couple of years. Org wise also, CTS is better as per my understanding.
My take, We can take this offer, resign, and then vouch for other offers. With 8 years you can definitely grab a few other offers.

I have been in TCS and currently in CTS, I would not recommend you to choose TCS for 30-40% hike, work culture and growth is not worth to join, TCS doesn’t operate as other MNC’s and make you feel like they own your life
