I have 3 offers in hand from 3 companies where one company - RaftorOne is offering me Fixed Bonus with permanent WFH.
Second - xebia is offering me 2.5 plus to FB + 3 VB + 1.5 JB + relocation reimbursement on the offer of RaftorOne but it's work from the office. Here they also mentioned they have an ons opportunity for me to Netherlands
Third - Siemens offering somewhat similar to not more but lil less than that n same work from office. Xebia Siemens

Is it worth it to leave a current FTE perm role to work for Google as an freelancing executive producer, 6+ contract with possible extensions pending budget, performance etc? Debating the massive brand name and experience but leaving job security etc. for it
