Noob question: should I rollover my double backdoor Roth 401K, or should I continue using my high-yield brokerage account to invest in Rolodex funds? Thanks

Dear fishes,
I am a dental doctor ,PGDHHM, MBA( hospital management).Worked for almost 5 years in prestigious tertiary care hospitals in India as Asst.manager operations & Program Manager Cardiac Sciences.
I moved to Netherlands with my husband & because of language constraint & government operated healthcare I didn’t get job. Now moving to USA(Dallas,Tx) on L2 visa & can do job immediately. I have a job gap of 5 yrs. What are the chances & opportunities toget job in healthcare management roles.

I accepted a new job with a local district through my state DPH. I was excited and a little nervous at first. It's my first full-time position in several years and I will have state benefits along with "regular" hours. No more shift work. Unfortunately I am hearing some not so good opinions about management. I'm trying not to listen and make my own decisions based off experience-not word of mouth, but I'm beginning to worry. Anyone have any experience with something similar or working DPH?

Is there anyone who’s experienced helping their parents get health insurance? Specifically, they aren’t eligible for Medicare, make too little to qualify for ACA subsidies, and cannot get employer-provided insurance. Only option is to pay standard premiums - and if that ultimately is the case, fine. Not trying to find loopholes, but given their low-income, would be nice to know if there are programs I’m not finding in my rsch.
