Today I received the offer letter from EY with Band 5. I have few concerns if you guys can help :
1. They simply send the offer letter with a mail as an attachment. Is this the correct EY process ? I mean these days companies need the person to go to some portal and there he or she can accept the offer.
2. They told me about variable but it’s not mentioned in my salary structure. However, there is a line written saying that I am eligible for 0-20% of variable.

Are private equity operating roles considered respectable and prestigious in the buy-side space? What does the compensation look like for an associate at a LMM firm?

How much is the weekend/holidays on-call/shift allowance in SAP labs..?

Anyone at EY know about VBM practice and SM comp?

As a data analyst with 5+ years of analytics experience what should the base pay be in Chicago and what is it in DC metro area?

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.
