Currently holding offer from Tata Consultancy CTC- 12.30 L and from Deloitte USI CTC- 16L with joining bonus 1.5 L. YoE- 4.5 Domain SAP PP. I am willing to join Delloite. Will it be the right decision to join? With Salary the yoe is justified or it is in very higher side w.r.t yoe?

Am I eligible for hike if I join on August month. Whether it will be default hike or perform based hike?
