I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

*3 months later*
Interviewer: You’re hired! However it will now be an unpaid internship, are you still interested?

Anyone else feels that the Talent team at @Mindtree is sshiittyy? They don't give us updates after interviews and hang us in limbo. They don't have the courtesy to respond to messages, calls or emails. Can someone suggest how to highlight this?
