1. Work culture depends on the team which you are working.
2. Its ok type WLB.
3. Yes one you are on bench for more than 45 days and rejected 3 projects. Hr will ask for resignation.
4. In probation no best practice is required work as usual.
But z is a product based I believe no service, so how would be someone on bench in this?
Here everything Depends on your manager
My 1st manager helped me learn new skills and supported me during the bench and gave me training.
But another was into micro management and
For job stability if you have a good review from the last project you will get 4 months of time(2 months training to cover the bench period) to find a new project if not they may ask to resign and if you find a new project in the notice period you can work again.
I have seen both one friend is in bench for 5month and nothing happened to him. Another friends manager asked him to resign after 2month of bench.
Everything depends on your manager ( No Hr calture here)
