I want to change job internally.

Can anyone suggest will SRE role be good for future or any other role which will be good

Any input and guidance will be helpfull. This daily 10-11 hrs of work culture is killing me along with working every weekend

1.will you take multiple offers just like your candidates ?
2. And how do you decline your offers.?
3. Are you really happy with your domain or any jealous on techies who often switch ?

Hi Fishes, I am really interested in product management and want to switch my role from risk analyst in a product owner/product manager role.
How difficult it is to do in amex? Its been half a year since I joined amex and I am planning to talk to manager after completing one year.

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. What are my chances of finding a role with another company that'll let me work in BI/data analytics and build up my skill at the same time? Been thinking of leaving ACN.

Just wondering what opportunities are there for junior to mid career professionals in US international tax to work abroad in UK or Australia? Is there a need for US tax professionals there (i.e. Big 4s or in house) or would one need to learn the local tax laws and would that learning be relatively "easier" given existing background in US tax. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Partnerships need to use market sourcing for purposes of calculating NR withholding tax (though NJ doesn't even call this withholding anymore).

However, for purposes of calculating the NJ distributive share of income, you apply Gross Income Tax (personal income tax) rules, which is 3 factor and includes COP.

If I end up with 0% apportionment under GIT and 10% apportionment under CBT (withholding tax), the partnership pays tax upfront but NRs get 100% refund?
