Hi I am a recently qualified CA in 1st March, I have joined one company as senior accountant but I have given interview in DeloitteUSI my question is will they hire me, with 90 days NP, I have told them that since the project is not assigned to me yet so I can negotiate my NP to 30 days, so what if things go wrong and i have to serve 90 days notice period. ( Pls note that I am currently in my probation period which states 90 days NP or salary in lieu thereof, and have worked for a month only)

I’m having a hard time understanding the salary /TC ranges for mid- to senior-level strategy positions in the Denver area (10-15 YOE). They seem to vary a lot, and are broadly low vs. other markets (mid $100k-low $200k vs TC closer to $300-$400k+ on the coasts). Any observations? Which companies would you look at for more substantial comp outside consulting?

Procedural question. I represent a hospital. Codefendant is a company that manufactures breast implants. Case was venued in NY state Supreme Court. Manufacturer defendant transferred case to MDL (we hadn’t answered yet). Plaintiff gave me stip of discontinuance with prejudice but now since case was removed I am unsure how to proceed. Do I file the stip in state court still? Does MDL have jurisdiction over the hospital? Can a hospital even be part of a MDL lawsuit? Very confused! Thank you!!!

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.
