Woah
I think you should learn some basic Revit to be able to manage and join some bim firm where they do Autocad and Bim as well. You'll be able to manage and easily transition into the skills you are looking for.
You should definitely try to upskill yourself, if you are not willing to spend 2 lac on designated courses. You can try opting for individual courses that are offered by websites like, udemy, autodesk education, linkedin learning, thinkparametric, etc. You'll still have to pay them some amount, but its comparatively lower. And for the experience bit, unless you start working on revit you are not going to gain experience or get a hold of the software.
There are firms who just hire architects, keep them on probation and teach them BIM in a meagre 30k or something salary. If you're okay with that, go find one.
