Hi ..I am an architect with 4 years of experience in the industry. i am trying to switch for better growth. But unfortunately everyone wants a BIM and revit architect. I am AutoCAD one. What should I do? Should I start learning BIM now.. but recruiter wants 3-4 years experienced BIM architect.
Have also tried learning it from online institutes, they cost some 2 lacs for BIM + 5 SOFTWARES in 6 months.
But the thing is after 6 months, what if I won't be able to compete the one's who are proficient

Has anybody switched from Deloitte India to Usi?
How was the procedure? Did you quit the India firm and then join Usi or is an internal switch possible?

I have been trying to get a job since 2021.went on maternity in 2020....was doing freelance meanwhile.
Now it's soo tough to get a job...i have been applying endlessly..people call take details and not get back.
Companies take round of interview .ask for pay slips ..bank statements and then stop picking calls..dnt reply to messages..
I dropped emails complaining the same..
.but again no reply ..god knows what is wrong with this field of architecture ..neither they wanna pay and not revert back
