I am expecting a promotion to Senior Associate Data Analyst in January. My CCTC is ~11.7 LPA with ~4.5 YoE. I joined as a campus hire.

I am also passively looking for opportunities outside. Any suggestions if I should try for something better outside, or is this CTC good enough with my YoE? I observed a trend of ~30-40% increase with a switch (from a few HR discussions). I don't have many complaints about my work and role. It's just that I feel the pay scale is a bit low.

What should my CTC as per market standards considering I have a PG degree in AI-ML from an recognised college?
