Hi, I am having 3 offers, one from Accenture for Indore location of 18.18 fixed plus variable of 27% (plus 8% joining bonus), one from Lti mindtree for indore location of 21.5 LPA fixed ( no variable and joining bonus) and one final from Altimetrik for pune location, HR round is pending, but I mentioned to them of the other 2 offers and said that I expect 25 LPA as fixed, minimum. Which company should I go for and why?
