Hi, I am working in Ltimindtree and having 2.5 years of experience in Devops. I got an offer from Cognizant with 8.2 lpa. Are LTIMINDTREE retaining employees? . I have completed one month of notice period and having 7 certification of aws and azure. Also i got top rating here... Do ltimindtree retain employees. If retaining was there, your manager /people partner would have had a word with you by this time.

Looks like they thought - as it is your first switch, they are letting you go (cause everyone makes a switch with in first 3-3.5 years).

Try for more, you will fall down in the range of 12-15 LPA package with getting counter offers!

I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year.
