I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. Looks like they thought - as it is your first switch, they are letting you go (cause everyone makes a switch with in first 3-3.5 years).
Try for more, you will fall down in the range of 12-15 LPA package with getting counter offers!
I am not getting calls for this experience. Is it chance that i will get calls from top mnc's ? I also did full time 5 months internship from cognizant.
