I appeared for EY India interview L1 & L2, and waiting for HR round.


Today I got call from EY GDS,

HR said, I am shortlisted for interview process.
Then i said, i am already appeared for interview.
Then she said, she is from GDS, and if you have already appeared for EY-India, there will be internal conflict, if we proceed with your candidature.


Anyone, please tell me if it is true? And should I proceed with both or not?

Hi guys, I have cleared 1st round of interview in Cognizant for Salesforce Developer position now I have 2nd round I.e techno managerial round tomorrow morning. So any body can help me with this round like what type of questions they can ask in this round.

How many times has an interviewer no-showed and the recruiter profusely apologizing on their behalf?
Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

How can you gauge whether a LMM pe shop with limited past employees has a good culture or not? I’m interviews with a few but feel like I have no clue if itll be sweaty, chill, etc. What questions can I ask to get insight into this?
