I had my second round of interviews at Accenture on July 5th and was doing well. Accenture mentioned it would take some time to provide the results, so I kept checking the interview schedule panel. However, after noon today, I could no longer find that slot. Could you please let me know the reason?

Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.
