Hi, I have 2 offers for data engineer role. One from Artefact for 19.51 ctc (18 Ipa is take home, rest is pf and gratuity). Another from helpshift for 21 ctc (24k-50k is for pf). Both are fixed. No additional variable pay and performance bonus included. Joining is in a week. Which company shall I join?

Artefact has middle east client. And helpshift offers these two additional benefits- all 3 meals covered, fuel reimbursement and might give complete wfh as well And both are hybrid work mode

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
