1) KGS: 25 fix + 2 jb
2) A Mid-sized company : 29 fix + 10% var

I have 1 week to decide. I am confused as (2) is giving good offer but KGS is a Big4. Will KGS revise my offer? if not should I go for (2)?

(2) is a US based company with ~4000 Employees. It is not a startup.

Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else?
