Now I am offered a PV Team manager role at IKS health, it’s a 24/7 shift meaning I’ll have to be available at all times according to changing shifts. Their bracket is 6-9LPA. I think the market value is 12LPA for a managerial role. Am I asking for too much? What should be my minimum acceptable value?
