After a hard reset on travel points (got none after Covid and change to industry) how would you start over? Which credit card is best for travel points? Airline? Starwood or Bonvoy? Avis or ??

At one time I had status on most airlines and hotels but I never bothered to focus on accumulating points since it seemed like they were infinite and I booked on convenience. Oh have times changed! I even let go of Amex platinum, just wasn’t worth it to me. Base airport LAX/SNA so no airline pref.

Been up since 4:30, had a 7am flight and now have to work a full day. Happy Friday 😅🔫

I’ve worked in Consulting for the past 2.5 years and I’ve loved it! Today is the day where all the horror stories I’ve heard about consulting came true. I worked until 1AM this morning to finish deliverables for a client I’m working on. I’ve had PTO on the books for the past two months and jumped on a flight this morning to enjoy the rest of the week off. I land and my phone buzzes for a fire drill that only I can solve. Should I work for the next 10 hours and fix or say screw it not my problem?

I manage a team and one of my employees has gotten accused of something that I'm really not sure that he did. There's no proof. I want to stick up for him, but obviously I don't want to be a person who doesn't believe an accusation. It will really harm his life long term if people decide that he is guilty of it. What should I do?
