What is your biggest challenge as a plus size professional ... wardrobing? Air travel? Perception/image? Energy/stamina? Outright discrimination?
What do 1st year partners make at tier 2 firms (Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, ATK, LEK, Roland Berger, AlixPartners) in total comp? We hear $500k to 1M+ for MBB but how does everyone else compare?
Anyone currently on transition think they have Covid 19? Are we supposed to let our HR/OC folks know?
I’m currently in change management and have no experience in supply chain but I’m interested in getting into it. Realistic to transition in? Would CSCP be my best shot?
Anyone know whether making a motion to lower the appeal bond stays posting of the bond? And whether u have to make the motion sooner than the 30 days before the notice of appeal is due? In fed ct.
Absolutely. Businesses can be ethical by treating people the way they’d want to be treated. 3 ways Airbnb can do this: Aggressively fight fraudulent listers, let Airbnb members control their data (allow data requests/permissioning/deletion from any state or country), and oh - make it easy for people to get their money back if their travel was affected by covid-19. How not to be ethical: marketing ethics vs living them.
I had my comp call, but my snapshot still isn’t available in SSC. Will it automatically become available on the 15th? Anybody else having issues with this?
If come October, the US ends up with a fraction of the original Covid death projections - let’s say 80k - and a lower death rate than the European countries, would you call Trump’s response a success?
I’m ex-Cap, I left last year (I was in DCX). If anyone from Cap that has been impacted by the recent layoffs would like help reviewing their resume, please feel free to DM me here. I’ve been dedicating my weekends the past few weeks with helping folks polish their resumes. There is no expectation of anything in return. Take care and please know that there will be better days ahead.
Just got out of a prospect meeting w/ a young couple who are both engineers. My lead advisor said “ohh an engineer and a girl. You must be smart”. I know he didn’t mean it maliciously but i was 🤦♂️

I see a lot of posts worried about layoffs, but does anyone else think we might get a sales uptick from business trying to find ways to recover in the near future? (downsizing, process efficiency)
