Hi, i have 6.7 yoe in Automation testing and ctc 11.4lpa. I have raised concerns of salary to my Project lead, as i think my compensation is less considering yoe . But they are saying i joined company in june 2021 and accepted the offered ctc. Any suggestions what should i do in this case.

Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.
