I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? EDITORS.. do you find that you work weekends on EVERY SINGLE JOB when your cutting for the first screening? No matter what the job is like, no matter how complicated or not, no matter the ship date, I find that I have to work weekends to accommodate the first screening.

What do you all think is the upper limit range for someone in an account manager role at a tech firm? What’s the career path? Was there anything you’ve done in terms of upskilling that resulted in increased pay? Or should I just pick something else if I want to be making more than what I make atm ~150k TC with 6 years exp.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
