Anyone able to give me a referral for Facebook (Meta) or Google?
I am a paralegal with 8 years of experience in the legal industry (+ Fortune 500). I was just diagnosed with a serious health condition and I’m looking for new remote position, that is challenging and offering high pay and benefits. Facebook (Meta) & Google currently have openings for positions that align with my skills. I kind ask that you simply share some tips, if you are unable to offer a referral. THANKS!

McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).
Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

Research the position and come up with some examples for how you meet the needs of the job description. But really, don't do much more than that, in my opinion. The more natural and less rehearsed you sound, the better.
Best of luck with your interview! I hope you get it, it sounds exciting.
My biggest piece of advice is jot down a few stories or talking points, and practice speaking out loud before the interview. You don't want to sound too rehearsed, but be prepared for what you're going to say. Things like " tell me about a time you had to work with someone difficult" or "tell me about a time you had competing deadlines" are common interview questions for anyone... especially new grads. Make sure you're prepared for them.
Congrats on the interview. I really think the rotational programs are great for new grads.
Be preapred to answer situational and behavioral questions, and use the STAR method. I would also bring a couple copies of your resume. Best of luck to you! Let us know how it goes.
