I am checking new opportunities and openings via LinkedIn, Indeed and other online sites. Also, checking in with friends and family for encouragement and ideas. I am currently seeking remote roles. What are you doing to work through this challenging job search period? What's working or not? Any suggestions?

Career dev advice needed. Being offered a promotion (would be reporting to my current skip and managing/growing a team). The role is global subsidiary management/governance. I’ve been in therapy to help, and trying to distract myself but my anxiety is keeping it from working and don’t want to put that pressure on him because I’m trying to work on it.
