I have completed 2 tech rounds in person drive last Saturday and gave manager round in this week and then they told me I have cleared all three and set up one more round director round for program analyst role.

So now I completed all four rounds, what can be expected, are there any other rounds or hr round Wil be there?Qualcomm

I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?

I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects
