I just wanna be useful in my position and be paid decently. I really don’t care what it is and I’m not scared to try anything.

Update - I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of job searching. Idk if this is why people try to find a recruiter - I feel like that’s just as hard. There’s so much out there- I’m overwhelmed. But I don’t want a cookie cutter recruiter to find me a cookie cutter job.

I’ve changed a my mind set a bit. ... get what u can get while u look for your ideal job or business venture.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
