Hi I have offer from a firm and my joining date is 25th April. But I received selection confirmation from other firm also, but haven't received offer letter yet. I was selected 2 weeks ago and interview process was fairly fast, 5 interviews in 4 days. So I was expecting offer letter just after selection E mail. They told me to fill some details like if I am having other offer (& what's the offer, joining date etc) and my expectation. I haven't heard from them since then. What can be the reason?

I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. I was with Deloitte from start of financial year , ctc was around 7 lpa , no Tds deducted
I switched my company in Dec on a higher package , here TDS was deducted monthly
Have declared 80c ,hra deduction
I dont have any other income apart from this, do i still have to pay tax while filing ITR even though tds deduction happened

In clear tax its showing me around 70k tax due , m confused . Pls help
