I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Hi Guys,
I have joined Ofss 1 week back and on second day itself I was allocated to project and onboarding WIP I received mail stating to report back to office 3 days per week under hybrid work model policy.Is this compulsory my base location is 2600 km from my current location as I am joining the citi project its seems difficult for me to grasp things though I have only 1 yr of prior exp by I think my team is expecting a lot so moving to new city and learning at same time is not possible .

Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

You will be in bench initially and they will hire you by allocating a project. Once you are in it is going to be your first interview and in next 3 months if you don't get assigned to any project, they will fire you. Best of luck

I asked question of bench and firing to recruiter
He said you are being interviewed for product side team of publicis sapient not for service part that does not happen with product teams
Still would like to hear from you all
Reasons to consider joining publicis is
Flexibility where I can work from home recently lost father so have certain responsibilities at home to fulfill .
Away from PS. Layoffs, no hike from last 3 years and in the current year. Calling off WFH. Extreme work pressure, worst work culture.
Guys based on reviews I will stay away from PS they are ready to offer around 43LPA. Any ways I have much better offers from product based companies only reason to even consider PS was WFH option.

I have similar offer around 47 from other company which is more stable than PS also awaiting offer from a US based crypto company.
