I have seen lots of people posting about their offer of ~25 LPA, having ~5 you in deep learning most of the companies are not willing to give more than 18 LPA, is demand for data scientists getting less, or do other tech stacks have more demand?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

Folks, need some advice here. I got my hike letter at Unilever and it looks like the hike is only on the basic salary (as per the letter) and not on entire fixed (basic + hra + other). I joined the company only last year and I'm trying to understand if this is the usual thing here. I feel I have been low balled because I took the offer last year being convinced that another hike was on the way. Should i have a conversation about this with my Manager?
