Is fruit really bad for you? I’m having a hard time with the concept of no fruit while on Keto. If I introduced fruit back into my diet, does that defeat the purpose of Keto?

I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax. I recently tried quitting everything last Sunday, with drew all last week and then relapsed Friday, Saturday and Sunday worst withdrawals I ever had (cold sweats, shaking, wasn’t sure I would survive).
