I received an offer through Randstad for a Java Software Engineer role with JPMorgan Chase (3–6 years band). I have 3.5 years of experience and the offer is around ₹26 LPA.

I have a few quick questions:
- Are expectations based on my actual experience or closer to 5–6 years?
- Is project allocation confirmed from Day 1, or is there a risk of delay/on hold?
- How realistic is the 3-month conversion to full-time?

Weekly Hot take. Accessibility=/= easy mode. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features. I know it's hard to account for every type of disability but we can at least start with the most common ones.

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
