Hi, I recently applied to a salesforce company and was selected for an interview. I had interviews with a recruiter, department manager and hiring manager and did well in them all. My final interview was with the CEO which lasted for about 10 minutes. He said he has read the notes from the previous interviews and the recruiter will get in touch with you. What are the chances I do not get this job given that I did well in all 3 interviews leading to the final interview with the CEO?

Got an offer from a startup for 19.5LPA.
Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
