I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.

How do you get into instructional design?

I have an open position for an Instructional Designer/LMS Admin and am trying to create an activity to complete, as an assessment of skills, abilities and time management. Has anyone had success with something like this and can recommend an assignment that would not be too invasive and time consuming, but still produce and accurate depiction of sill level?

How much ILT training content are you and your teams self-producing annually?

It would be most useful to hear total training hours produced. Would also be helpful to hear how many learners you serve and how many people are in your department, including any consultants that assist with content creation.
