I'm an SAP EWM consultant at a startup. I started as Contract-to-Hire in August 2024, and was converted to full-time with PF benefits in January 2025.
As I'm now exploring job changes, I'm concerned about potential issues during Background Verification (BGV) with MNCs. My experience letter will reflect my August 2024 start date, but my PF records will only show January 2025.Has anyone navigated a similar PF date discrepancy when moving from a C2H role to full-time (especially in a startup)?

Georgia Tech Cybersecurity masters or the analytics masters? Currently in a cyber role at Deloitte. I was thinking it might be better to do the analytics master and get a CISSP. I feel like there is more value in the cissp than a MS cybersecurity

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. So any idea if this scenario can happen? Anyone got to know project details before joining? Please share ur views.
