I'm from chennai working in analytics service firm (Banglore) and have got offer in optum (chennai) - product firm. I'm not sure whether the below deal is worth as the in-hand is same after deductions.
Cctc - 18 (Expecting 21.6 in appraisal - 1.8k pf deduction)
Offered - 25.3 ( 12k pf deduction)
In-hand is coming around ~1.5 in both cases offered salary and cctc after hike). Thought to switch for wlb but worried whether it's worth to jump considering the in-hand.

I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter?
