Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.

How is everyone’s workload? I was insanely busy the last month but the past week or so has slowed significantly.

My wife got a job that requires us to relocate to San Diego. We have never lived there and know little about the city. We are planning to rent.
