What exactly is ex-gratia bonus in infy. Google says this is given by company at its will not obligated to do so.

I want to know is it paid in full. Or any chances they might not pay it all.

Also, they have made basic salary too high(50%of total fixed component).That is making ex-gratia too high and also PF and Gratia.

Can we get the structure changed??

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

My friend got an offer from a startup company. In the salary structure they are showing 50% of the CTC as basic which is fine but in PF contribution it is showing 8.2% total contribution (Employee + Employer) instead of the standard 24%.

Is this legal for any startup to do like this?
