Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

As far as I remember, ex gratia is fixed amount but it's paid fully in the month of March.
From this 95% and 5% are we getting full amount? Or it also can boil down to further reduction like 80% of 95% something like that?

Ex-Gratia will be paid in full every month as it is a part of Fixed component. It won't fluctuate. Don't worry.
50% of Fixed Component as CTC will be the new norm once Labour Codes are implemented (tentatively Oct 2021). So, there is no scope of restructuring.
But as per rules of Bonus Ex gratia in google , company can deduct and reduce it ...(may be if you are not in project or something like that ...) , So that is also a variable component apart from the normal variable component 🤪 Most Pathetic Salary Structure is Infosys....they even charge for Some Stupid Infosys Welfare Trust from your salary ....also Carge for Parking charges .....No where in this world have I heard company taking parking charges from Infosys 🤪 ....
