Intial offers from TCS - 26 LPA and LnT - 25 LPA.
I have total 12 YOE and relevant js 9 YOE in SAP.
LnT revised offer is 27 and TCS 29 now, but i am looking forward to join LnT and not TCS bcz of their variables fraud game.
However i am looking for CTC around 30LPA, shall i share my TCS offer with LnT and ask for one more revision?
Will LnT entertain my CTC revision again? Or will there be any negative impact?
Pls share your suggestions asap as i am having only 2 days to make decision.

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.
