I've received an offer from Goldman Sachs and before making a decision, I’d appreciate your insights on a few things:

1. Do employees generally receive bonuses the range communicated verbally during the offer discussion (considering average performance by employee)?
2. What has been the average annual increment in the last 2-3 years?
3. Are occasional 10-15 days of WFH allowed (e.g., during vacations or visits to hometown)?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Currently working as a process engineer in switzerland (south east). Salarys and Rent are Medium High. Current salary around 80k. Trying to switch to sales (same company). Had a talk with the teamleader. He talked about the job and told me that they were actually looking for a junior sales (and some product management responsibilities ). That they are looking for a junior isn't to bad, because i have no experience in sales (customer contact yes, but no sales) What salary can i expect?
