Hi mamas, curious if anyone has a success story re: taking a pay cut for better work/life balance. I currently work 12-14 hr days regularly but have an opportunity to take a position with much more reasonable hours and workload. My ego is totally kicking in over the reduced pay bc it feels like two steps backwards. For context, I have a toddler and am considering trying for a second within the year ♥️ I think I just need some encouragement to take the plunge here.
