It's 50 percent hike from my current fixed to fixed and CTC to CTC is 40 percent .

In Wells Fargo,, they consider only current salary while giving offer or based on band they have slabs ?

Will there be chance to get salary increase in yearly hikes with this CTC regard to p3 slab?

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year.
